Ms. Hicks joined the Wolin-Levin team in 1988 when the company first embarked upon condominium management. Throughout her tenure with our organization she has held a myriad of positions beginning her career with us as a Receptionist through becoming a Property Supervisor and a Director. As the VP of Operations, she supports the Directors in their daily operations and works closely with the Executive Team to evaluate and streamline Wolin-Levin’s processes and procedures. Ms. Hicks is an Accredited Residential Manager; she is a member of IREM, a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Illinois, and holds a Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in Management.
Manager of Corporate Finance
Ms. Repsold has five years experience with Wolin-Levin. She has been responsible for coordinating the implementation of special accounting related projects including Jenark and WLConnect and oversees daily and special operations involving related banking, system reporting and program operations. Ms. Repsold has a BS in Finance and a Certificate in International Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Mr. Jandak joined the Wolin-Levin team in 1989 as Assistant Controller. He has been with the company for 19 years and is responsible for overseeing the accouting operations for all Condominium, Cooperative and HOA Associations. Prior to Wolin-Levin, Mr. Jandak worked in public accounting for six years with Spicer & Oppenheim. He is a Certified Public and a graduate of DePaul University.
Director of Marketing & Operations
Ms. Lugo began her property management experience in Kihei, Hawaii five years ago. She has a BA with a concentration in Marketing from Truman State University and is a LEED AP. Elena is responsible for evaluating current processes and procedures, identifying best practices and employing those practices as company standards. As the company's Green Team Leader, Elena fosters relationships in the green industry and champions Wolin-Levin for environmentally safe practices within the workplace.
