Ms. Schingoethe has 25 years of condominium management experience in Chicago and the northern suburbs. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and an active member of IREM and CAI. Her tenure with Wolin-Levin started in 1995 as a portfolio manager. Sharon has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois with a major in Communication and a minor in Education.

Ms. Hicks joined the Wolin-Levin team in 1988 when the company first embarked upon condominium management. She has held positions as administrative assistant, office manager and property supervisor; she now serves as District Manager for all condominium/cooperative properties located south of downtown Chicago. Ms. Hicks is an Accredited Residential Manager; she is a member of IREM and a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Illinois. Ms. Hicks is currently working on a degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Management.

Mr. Kaplan has been with Wolin-Levin since 2002. As District Manager, he manages four property supervisors and handles a small portfolio of properties, as well. Prior to joining Wolin-Levin, Mr. Kaplan was a general manager with Standard Parking, Inc. Steve has a BA in Business Administration from National Lewis University and is a Certified Parking Facility Manager.
