Addressing the Life Safety Ordinance...

Dan Baigelman AIA from Full Circle Architects spoke to over 60 property Wolin-Levin supervisors, site managers and condominium board members during our award winning Lunch-and-Learn program. Mr. Baigelman shared his feeling that buildings should make concerted efforts now to fulfill the requirements of their respective needed work, if not already completed, to comply with the ordinance that hasa December 31, 2011 deadline. Mr. Beigalman also noted that city officials may be receptive to forego imposing fines to buildings that are not in compliance by then if specific plans to complete the work within the coming months are already in place.

The ordinance for having a two-way call system installed has postponed to December 31, 2014.
