860-880 Lake Shore Drive achieves architectural acclaim...

“Reviving” (Almost Nothing) is the title of an article appearing in the June 2010 edition of Architectural Record magazine describing in great detail the extensive restoration work completed at this pair of iconic Chicago towers designed by architect Ludvig Mies van der Rohe.

The 860 Lake Shore Drive Trust has been managed by Wolin-Levin for 14 years. This restoration project was financed by partner company FirstService Financial. An approximate eight year property tax freeze is enabling the Trust to pay for the debt incurred by the project.
